In 2015, she moved to Kathmandu with her business degree to build a strong professional foundation. Her experience in the accounting and finance sector since 2017 has earned her a reputation for reliability, accuracy, and a disciplined work ethic. At Zion Treks, Sima provides strong support to the Operations and Sales teams as the backbone of the house. Under her leadership, Zion thrives through transparent budgeting and smooth financial coordination, ensuring that every Traveller associate with Zion Treks is secured through our reliable accountability. Her problem-solving mindset and steady leadership ensure that strong, organised, and trustworthy systems behind the scenes support every journey Zion Treks delivers.

From the serene hills of Khotang, Sandhya Rai brings the warmth, humility, and friendliness of her roots into her role at Zion Treks & Expedition. Joining the team in 2023, she brings enthusiasm and a passion for learning more about hospitality and tourism. As the first point of contact for our guests and partners, she ensures their dependable support with her welcoming smile and attentive service. Steadily learning the ropes of the tourism industry, she aims to hone her skills in guest handling, communication, and operational coordination, which will make her a great Travel planner someday. From the scenic town of Dhulikhel, Ashma Shrestha handles one of the most critical roles at Zion Treks & Expedition. Her dedication towards travellers’ enthusiasm ensures her assistance to our guests in navigating the essential but often complex world of documentation. Since 2023, Ashma has consistently handled all travellers’ permits, visas, and other paperwork at Zion Treks. Her accurate, timely, and professional delivery of the service ensures that each traveller's journey begins without stress or uncertainty. A true travel enthusiast herself, she understands the excitement and anticipation that go into every trip. This inspires her meticulous approach and commitment to delivering smooth, reliable documentation support to Zion Trek’s clients.

Born in Rauthahat, Asmita Magar is an integral part of the team who curates meaningful travel experiences for the clients. Her creativity and deep-rooted passion for responsible tourism blend the adventure with an authentic local connection and culture. After the devastating earthquake in 2015, Asmita volunteered with UNICEF, contributing to humanitarian efforts and community support. Her association with UNICEF led her to explore many rural communities of Nepal with awareness programs against sex trafficking. That experience not only fueled her passion for social causes but also her love for travel and enthusiasm for the tourism industry, which can bring positive change and social welfare to those communities. Since 2022, she has been part of Zion Treks as a travel planner, helping travellers to explore the Himalayas and create meaningful journeys that respect and support local communities. With her attention to detail and desire to promote off-the-beaten-path trails, she has been ensuring a unique, memorable, and purposeful experience.

A seasoned travel expert, Mr Rajan Gurung, is the backbone of Zion Treks, ensuring a seamless Himalayan journey for travellers. Starting with documentation and visa assistance in 2010, and spending a decade in the tourism industry in various operational roles, his extensive expertise ensures that all logistical arrangements for clients are meticulously perfected. Since 2019, as an operations manager, Rajan has been handling trek management, guide coordination, transportation planning, field communication, and crisis management. He plays a significant role in developing a smooth, dynamic relationship between Zion Treks and its various travel service partners. Rajan is the person behind the scenes who makes the adventure feel effortless for every traveller. His deep understanding of logistical coordination and guest safety ensures a smooth travel experience for clients and the successful completion of trips for the team, thanks to his well-organised support. His unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail is the reason behind the memorable travel experiences Zion Treks creates.
